When the surgery is closed please dial 111.

Home Visits
Patients may need to ask for a home visit if they are genuinely house bound or too ill to visit the surgery. All home visits will be assessed by the GP who will make telephone contact first to discuss access arrangements and visiting times.

If you need to ring the surgery for test or x-ray results ordered by the practice, please ring between 2.00 p.m.- 4.00 p.m. on 01643 703289.

Practice Management

Sharon Rowe (f)Sharon Rowe (f)
Practice Manager
The Practice Manager’s main role is to oversee the general running of the Practice. An important part of her role is to continually look at ways to try and improve services for patients, GPs and staff. She is also keen to speak to patients about any suggestions they may have and deals with any complaints that arise.

Administration

Our administrative staff, who you will often see in the reception area, deal with patient referrals, keeping records up-to-date, they liaise with various authorities and deal with all general day to day office administration.

Reception

Our receptionists take telephone calls and are the link between you and your G.P. They also deal with requests for repeat prescriptions from a separate telephone line each morning. We choose our receptionists carefully and value them highly. You will find them friendly and helpful.
