About Irnham Lodge Surgery's Patient Participation Group
The Irnham Lodge Surgery Patient Participation Group (PPG) reformed in January 2009 with new and former members. The PPG plays an important role in helping to shape the services and facilities available at the practice.
The PPG is independent of the surgery but works closely with the Practice Manager and GPs to help Irnham Lodge build an understanding of the patient's perspective.
We meet bi-monthly and the date of our next meeting can be found under the Minutes bar of our section of the website. We are always keen to hear your views on any aspect of your experience of Irnham Lodge. There is a Suggestion Box in the surgery for patients to give feedback and ideas, and all comments are shared with us. You can contact us this way or alternatively please contact Julie Furse at the surgery on 01643 703289 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are interested in providing the surgery with feedback and ideas to help us improve our services you would be welcome to join our online patient group.
This forum will run alongside our well established Patient Participation Group (PPG) who meet face-to-face bi-monthly.
The virtual group is a great opportunity for those who cannot commit to attendance at meetings, to let us know their thoughts in a user friendly way and at a convenient time.
