Out of Hours
When the surgery is closed please dial 111.

Home Visits
Patients may need to ask for a home visit if they are genuinely house bound or too ill to visit the surgery. We ask that you aim to contact us before 11am if possible, unless it is an emergency, to enable the GP to plan their rounds for the day. All home visits will be assessed by the GP who will make telephone contact first to discuss access arrangements and visiting times.

Test Results
If you need to ring the surgery for test or x-ray results ordered by the practice, please ring between 2.00 p.m.- 4.00 p.m. on 01643 703289.

Patient Participation Group Members Needed

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is on the lookout for new members to fill vacancies after the departure of two long-serving group members. Patients from any background are welcome and we would particularly like to attract young people and those aged up to 39 years who are currently not represented on our face-to-face group.

The PPG usually meets on the last Friday of ever other month from 12.30pm to 2pm and lunch is provided.

If you are interested in joining our PPG please contact practice manager Sharon Rowe by emailing or telephone 01643 703289.

Register for Online Access

GP telephone consultations can now be booked online by patients who register for our facility Patient Access.

Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered via this service and patients can let us know when they need to update their contact details.
