Out of Hours
When the surgery is closed please dial 111.

Home Visits
Patients may need to ask for a home visit if they are genuinely house bound or too ill to visit the surgery. We ask that you aim to contact us before 11am if possible, unless it is an emergency, to enable the GP to plan their rounds for the day. All home visits will be assessed by the GP who will make telephone contact first to discuss access arrangements and visiting times.

Test Results
If you need to ring the surgery for test or x-ray results ordered by the practice, please ring between 2.00 p.m.- 4.00 p.m. on 01643 703289.

To register with the surgery please ask at reception. You will be asked to complete a new patient registration form and new patient questionnaire and will also be provided with further information about the Practice.

Patients may be asked to provide evidence of their identity when registering with the Practice - this will be in the form of a passport or driving licence. You may also be asked to provide evidence of where you live by providing a copy of a utility bill or tenancy agreement.

When you register you will be registered as a patient of the Practice rather than with an individual GP. However we will allocate a named GP on our medical record system. If you wish to change your usual Doctor at anytime please speak to a receptionist.

Please note different Doctors are available on different days – some of our GPs work part time and they also have other commitments such as covering the Minor Injuries Unit at Minehead Hospital and doing clinics at the local Hospital. You will be able to ask to be seen or be treated by a particular GP if they are available.
